We are a Coalition of Islanders’ who are convinced our Rail Corridor is the key to preserving our environment, developing our economy, creating safe transportation for our families and enhancing our way of life for the next 100 years.

Renewal of the Rail Corridor requires an investment of 103.8 million dollars to bring the entire 267 kilometer Corridor up to full operating standards.

We think you’ll agree that when compared to 30 million dollars for the construction of just one interchange or, for the ever rising cost of Highway construction the return on investment is a far-sighted and prudent investment.

We are convinced you’ll agree this investment with all the benefits it will bring to each one of us is very good reason for us to join together… as one strong voice to make it happen.
