Could we not agree to the original VIA terms of service and get the railway up and running. After that we could look at changes when the climate is more suited to it.
VIA Rail needs support and encouragement from both BC and Canadian citizens. The rails needs to be upgraded and it should meet standards that won’t cost VIA, BC, Ottawa, Parliament, and VIA Rail money to connect to an upgraded transportation system between Vancouver Island and the BC coast.
